can i ask a question.
if one eats a light breakfast at 9plus in the morning. then lunch aka dinner at 4. then supper(makes you very full those kind of food) at 10plus then slp. and this is a daily routine, will one get fat? haaaaaaaa. but sometimes, one forget abt breakfast. and only had one meal in the whole day. itzit unhealthy? i think this kind of irregular lifestyle is definitely not gd for one's health, damn.
